Plugivo provides software engineering, automation, systems integration and digital product services. This policy applies to plugivo.com and the information you provide through its project enquiry form. Other Plugivo products may provide additional notices where their data handling differs.

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional company name, project description and optional marketing preference. We may also receive limited technical context such as the page URL, referral source, campaign parameters, IP address and security-verification result.
If analytics cookies are permitted, HubSpot may associate website activity with a browser identifier such as hubspotutk.
How we use information
- Review, scope and respond to project enquiries.
- Create and maintain relevant CRM and support records.

Submitting a project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-side validation and abuse controls designed to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
